Services

Our certified access specialists will inspect your facility and create an in-depth CASP Report. Businesses that are audited will be issued a CASP Certificate that they can display at their facility entrance to discourage high frequency plaintiffs from filing ADA lawsuits.

CASp Inspection & Certificate

A CASp (Certified Access Specialist) inspection is an in-depth assessment performed by our certified professionals to determine if a property meets ADA accessibility standards and other applicable regulations. A CASp inspection is an active approach to identify accessibility barriers that may prevent people with disabilities from accessing a property.

Disability Access Plan Review

ADA Plan Check (also called “ADA Plan Review”) is one of the most important services we offer to our clients for new construction projects and planned changes. Our CASp professionals carefully review architectural plans to make sure they meet the required standards. We review the design of public accommodations based on ADAS 2010 and current version of California Building Code Chapter 11B.

Path of Travel Assessment

We conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate and improve your space’s connectivity and accessibility. A path of travel evaluation goes beyond the basics by thoroughly inspecting routes within your property. Whether it’s a sidewalk, ramp, door, or other transition point, we look for obstacles and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Disability Access Legal Support

Whether it’s interpreting accessibility legislation or providing strategic advice to address compliance issues, our disability access Legal Support is here to help.
